During my summer internships at NVIDIA, I worked as a part of the Consumer Creative team to promote NVIDIA's presence at 2023 and 2024 SIGGRAPH, an annual academic and industry conference centered around computer graphics.

I concepted the key visual for NVIDIA’s presence, which would be featured on all of the promotional materials. Working off of the creative direction of “NVIDIA as a pioneering light in the history of graphics,” particles transform into a fully-rendered teapot based off the historic Utah Teapot model.

Deliverables – conference map, event landing page, social reels to promote scientific talks,
After concepting the key visual, I helped developed additional modules for the company’s event landing page for the next marketing phase, redesigning the layout of the events page to make it more navigable for the user, rather than emphasizing miscellaneous promotions.

Since it was my first time working in web design, I was guided by members of NVIDIA’s dedicated web team through the process, learning how to research, wireframe, and create documents that allowed other stakeholders to input the information for the page. I also got to see the hand-off to the web developers, who ultimately made my design live on the NVIDIA site.

I also designed an event map flyer, which highlighted NVIDIA events and partner booths, as well as emphasizing the CEO keynote and other miscellaneous programs and sweepstakes. About 6000 flyers were distributed on the show floor.

In 2024, I was asked again to help design the conference map. This year, although there were fewer booths on the show floor, NVIDIA was featured in more special presentations. Drawing from a previous gate-fold design developed for the previous Computex conference, I helped format and edit the talks and workshops into a color-coded system.

In addition, NVIDIA was also launching a new educational program at the conference, “Learn OpenUSD.” I was part of the team that helped develop the visuals, including slide templates and intro bumpers for the sessions.
